Why Register?

It’s simple really: Who made the products and who’s selling them to our U.S. consumers? That’s what each state wants to monitor and that’s what registration is all about.

Manufacturers from anywhere in the world who's products will be offered for sale in the U.S., by anyone, even if not directly by the manufacturer, are required to have these bedding licenses in up to 17 of the 50 United States.

Each state license has a registration fee and each license has an active period with an expiration date. The licenses must be renewed and kept active as long as the products are being sold in the U.S.
