Toy Registration
Currently there are three (3) states that require the manufacturers of Stuffed Toys (human only) to be registered: MA, OH & PA. The state of PA will not accept the Toy URN of the other two states.
To initiate a Toy Registration, Sign Up or logon to your account for a quote. Applicants are required to send four samples of each toy to Global Registration Services, Inc. for submission to each state with the applications and payments.
Note: Pet Toys require registration in the state of OH only.
